The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded low moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup blanched almond flour (I use this brand)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (I use this brand of spices)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (this is the only salt I use)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped and cooked crisp
  • 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian flat leaf parsley
