The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups shredded low moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup blanched almond flour (I use this brand)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (I use this brand of spices)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (this is the only salt I use)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 6 slices bacon, chopped and cooked crisp
- 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian flat leaf parsley
