Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut (finely shredded)
- ⅓ cup Powdered Erythritol
- 1 Lemon (zest only)
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3.5 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut (for coating)
Instruction
- In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, coconut, and sweetener. Mix together.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the extra coconut, and mix into a thick dough.
- Take tablespoon-sized pieces of dough and roll into balls.
- Roll each of the balls through the extra coconut and place onto a cookie sheet.
- Place in the fridge for 15 minutes before enjoying!
