Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups Almond flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 pieces Eggs
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2½ oz Cheese (1 tablespoon / 5g per scone)
- Optional
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instruction
- Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Prepare water in a glass with two spoons next to the working table. Dip the spoons into the water before each dollop. Spoon out the desired sized dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- For nice looking biscuits use something to shape the dough like a scone ring. Don't forget to dip it in water too! Smooth the top of the biscuits with a wet spoon.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Place the keto biscuits into a 360°F / 180°C preheated oven until golden brown spots start to appear, 15 - 20 minutes.
