Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2½ oz Cheese (1 tablespoon / 5g per scone)
  • Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instruction

  • Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Prepare water in a glass with two spoons next to the working table. Dip the spoons into the water before each dollop. Spoon out the desired sized dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • For nice looking biscuits use something to shape the dough like a scone ring. Don't forget to dip it in water too! Smooth the top of the biscuits with a wet spoon.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Place the keto biscuits into a 360°F / 180°C preheated oven until golden brown spots start to appear, 15 - 20 minutes.
