- 4 slices bacon
- 3.5 oz halloumi
- ¼ cup mushrooms
- 2 egg
- ½ cup spinach
Instruction
- Heat oil such as olive oil or coconut oil in the frying pan.
- Fry the bacon, halloumi, and mushrooms until cooked.
- In the same frying pan, add the eggs so they cook in the bacon fat.
- Once the bacon, mushrooms, halloumi, and eggs are fully cooked, remove them from the pan and place them onto a hot serving plate.
- Add the spinach in the remaining bacon fat to quickly wilt.
- Serve and enjoy.
