Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ½ Red Pepper (sliced)
  • 2 cups Red Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 small Zucchini (sliced)
  • 7 ounces Basic Ground Beef
  • ⅓ cup Tamari Sauce
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Place a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
  • Add the sesame oil and once hot, add the garlic and ginger.
  • Saute for 1 minute, then add the peppers.
  • Saute for another minute, then add the cabbage and cook for another minute.
  • Add the zucchini and mix well.
  • Add the ground beef and saute for 2-3 minutes, until warmed through.
  • Pour over the tamari sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for another minute before removing from the heat.
  • Serve immediately, with a side of cauliflower rice, if desired.
