Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ lb Ground Beef
- 2 tsp Taco Seasoning (I used this one)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 bag (4 ounces Pork Rinds)
- 1 ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ of a whole Avocado (chopped)
- 4 tbsp Sliced olives * optional
- 4 tbsp full-fat Sour Cream * optional
- 1 ounce pickled sliced jalapenos * optional
Instruction
- Preheat oven at 350℉ (177℃), and line or grease a baking sheet.
- Use a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Break up the meat with a wooden spoon while cooking. Cook the ground beef thoroughly, until browned and no longer pink.
- Drain any excess grease from the skillet. Then return to the stove and reduce the heat to low.
- Add the 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp water, and 2 tsp taco seasoning. Stir together until the meat is coated in the sauce.
- Cover and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
- Arrange pork rinds on the prepared baking sheet and top with taco meat, olives, and shredded cheese and Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with avocado, sour cream, jalapenos and hot sauce if desired. Plate and serve.
