Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 lb. top sirloin or flank steak (thinly sliced)
- 3 cups broccoli (cut into florets)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- Melt coconut oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Brown the thinly sliced beef 1 to 2 minutes per side and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium-low and add the garlic, ginger, and stir until fragrant 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the broccolini, beef stock, and cook until broccolini is soft, 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add the green onions, and bring the beef back to the pan.
- Pour in the coconut aminos and season to taste.
- Toss everything and cook another 4 to 5 minutes, or until everything is cooked through.
