Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 lb. top sirloin or flank steak (thinly sliced)
  • 3 cups broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Melt coconut oil in a skillet over high heat.
  • Brown the thinly sliced beef 1 to 2 minutes per side and set aside.
  • Lower heat to medium-low and add the garlic, ginger, and stir until fragrant 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add the broccolini, beef stock, and cook until broccolini is soft, 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add the green onions, and bring the beef back to the pan.
  • Pour in the coconut aminos and season to taste.
  • Toss everything and cook another 4 to 5 minutes, or until everything is cooked through.
