The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (ground)
Instruction
- Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat.
- Add the oil, ground beef, salt and pepper.
- Saute, while stirring to break up the meat, until all the meat is browned. This can take about 10 minutes, depending on how powerful your cooktop is.
- Once cooked, remove from the heat and evenly spoon into 8 containers.
- Leave to cool for about 10 minutes before storing in your fridge or freezer.
