Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 pounds Ground Beef
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (ground)

Instruction

  • Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat.
  • Add the oil, ground beef, salt and pepper.
  • Saute, while stirring to break up the meat, until all the meat is browned. This can take about 10 minutes, depending on how powerful your cooktop is.
  • Once cooked, remove from the heat and evenly spoon into 8 containers.
  • Leave to cool for about 10 minutes before storing in your fridge or freezer.
