Ingredients

The following ingredients have 18 Servings
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons Chives (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
  • ¼ teaspoon White Pepper (ground)
  • 4 ounces Smoked Salmon (chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ⅓ cup Everything Seasoning

Instruction

  • Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer.
  • Add the chives, dill, and pepper. Beat for 1-2 minutes on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add the smoked salmon and mix well.
  • Taste and add salt, if needed.
  • Use a cookie scoop to measure out bite-sized balls, place them onto a lined cookie sheet and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Place the everything seasoning onto a plate.
  • One at a time, quickly roll the fat bombs into a round shape, then roll into the seasoning mix. Gently roll in your hands to stick the seasoning onto the balls.
  • Enjoy immediately or chill until needed.
