Ingredients
The following ingredients have 18 Servings
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
- 2 tablespoons Chives (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
- ¼ teaspoon White Pepper (ground)
- 4 ounces Smoked Salmon (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- ⅓ cup Everything Seasoning
Instruction
- Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer.
- Add the chives, dill, and pepper. Beat for 1-2 minutes on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the smoked salmon and mix well.
- Taste and add salt, if needed.
- Use a cookie scoop to measure out bite-sized balls, place them onto a lined cookie sheet and chill for 30 minutes.
- Place the everything seasoning onto a plate.
- One at a time, quickly roll the fat bombs into a round shape, then roll into the seasoning mix. Gently roll in your hands to stick the seasoning onto the balls.
- Enjoy immediately or chill until needed.
