Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 5 slices uncured bacon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons of bacon grease
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Add all the ingredients (except for the bacon) to the bowl of a food processor and mix.  Then add in the crumbled bacon and pulse a few times until combined but the bacon is still chunky.
  • Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for 5-6 days.
