Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs Broccoli (- into florets, see post for details on prep)
  • 1/4 Onion (-sliced or minced)
  • ½ cop Cheddar Cheese (-shredded or grated)
  • ¾ cup Bacon (-cooked and chopped)
  • ⅓ cup Ranch Dressing (-see post for recipe)

Instruction

  • Prepare the broccoli as indicated. Rinse the broccoli off and break off the florets into bite sized pieces that are easy to eat. Blanching the broccoli is optional.
  • Prepare the dressing in a bowl or large cup. You can find the homemade ranch dressing recipe instructions here.
  • Place the broccoli in a large bowl and toss with about half of the dressing. Then add the remaining ingredients including the remaining dressing and additional seasonings before and giving the broccoli salad a quick toss. Serve immediately
