Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 9″ unbaked store-bought pie shell
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Mix dry ingredients. Slowly add wet ingredients; eggs, vanilla, butter and corn syrup. Incorporate chocolate chips and pecans and pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, or until filling is set.
  • Cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
