Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 9″ unbaked store-bought pie shell
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instruction
- Mix dry ingredients. Slowly add wet ingredients; eggs, vanilla, butter and corn syrup. Incorporate chocolate chips and pecans and pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, or until filling is set.
- Cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
