Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Chowli (Ari keerai) - 1 bunch (cleaned and washed)
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Rice - 1 tsp
  • Red chili - 1

Instruction

  • In a kadai add little water and add the cleaned chowli, salt, turmeric powder and boil.
  • When it is cooked, remove from gas and allow to cool.
  • After it cools, grind it in a mixer to form a puree.
  • Temper with the items mentioned above.
