Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Chowli (Ari keerai) - 1 bunch (cleaned and washed)
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Rice - 1 tsp
- Red chili - 1
Instruction
- In a kadai add little water and add the cleaned chowli, salt, turmeric powder and boil.
- When it is cooked, remove from gas and allow to cool.
- After it cools, grind it in a mixer to form a puree.
- Temper with the items mentioned above.
