Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (preferably unbleached, plus extra for surfaces)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- About 1/2 cup lukewarm water or more to start with
- 1/2 lb boneless lamb or goat or ground lamb
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 multi-colored bell pepper (cored, seeded, and sliced into 1/4-inch-wide strips)
- 1 1/2 lbs ripe tomatoes (roughly chopped)
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- Black Vinegar -optional (for drizzling)
