The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- Water for kneading
- Oil spray
- 1/4 cup firm tofu
- 1 tbsp besan ((chickpea flour))
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 14 oz extra-firm tofu
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 medium red onion ((thinly sliced))
- 2 tsp ginger ((grated))
- 1 tsp garlic ((grated or minced))
- 2 medium tomatoes ((diced))
- 1 large green bell pepper, ((diced))
- 2 cups button mushrooms ((quartered or halved))
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chaat masala ((available in Indian stores. If you absolutely can't get it, use some lemon juice)
- Salt to taste
