Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- Paneer (cottage cheese, cut into pieces 200 gm)
- Ingredients For Marination:
- Hung curd 1 cup
- Kasuri methi 2 Tablespoons
- Cream or malai 2 Tablespoons
- Green chilli paste – 1 Teaspoon
- Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic paste 2 Tablespoons
- Roasted gram flour 1 to 2 Tablespoons
- Salt
- Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Instruction
- Take one bowl, mix well all marination ingredients. Add paneer pieces. Mix carefully. Keep bowl in the freeze for 1 hour. If possible you can keep more hours.
- Arrange paneer pieces into sate stick.
- Grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve it with Mint Chutney.
- Tip ââ¬â Grilling time may change according to your Convection or OTG.
