Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • Paneer (cottage cheese, cut into pieces 200 gm)
  • Ingredients For Marination:
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Kasuri methi 2 Tablespoons
  • Cream or malai 2 Tablespoons
  • Green chilli paste – 1 Teaspoon
  • Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
  • Garlic paste 2 Tablespoons
  • Roasted gram flour 1 to 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoon

Instruction

  • Take one bowl, mix well all marination ingredients. Add paneer pieces. Mix carefully. Keep bowl in the freeze for 1 hour. If possible you can keep more hours.
  • Arrange paneer pieces into  sate stick.
  • Grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Serve it with Mint Chutney.
  • Tip – Grilling time may change according to your Convection or OTG.
