  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt (I used Diamond Crystal)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 3/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup bourbon (I used Jim Beam)
