Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3 cups of baby kale
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup of good quality olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 cups of clover shaped pasta
  • 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts to garnish

Instruction

  • Prepare the kale pesto by adding all ingredients of the list in the blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients until getting a smooth paste.
  • Cook the pasta for 7-10 minutes on salted boiling water. Then temper with cold water.
  • Place on a bowl and combine with the pesto sauce.
  • Serve hot and garnish with shredded parmesan cheese and chopped walnuts.
