Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream ((450g))
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua ((60ml) or other coffee liqueur)
  • 1/2 cup Canned Coconut Cream ((120ml) Unsweetened)
  • 2 ounces Vegan Dark Chocolate ((56g) Grated)

Instruction

  • Add the ice cream, Kahlua and coconut cream to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour out into two glasses, top with grated vegan dark chocolate and serve with short straws.
