Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream ((450g))
- 1/4 cup Kahlua ((60ml) or other coffee liqueur)
- 1/2 cup Canned Coconut Cream ((120ml) Unsweetened)
- 2 ounces Vegan Dark Chocolate ((56g) Grated)
Instruction
- Add the ice cream, Kahlua and coconut cream to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour out into two glasses, top with grated vegan dark chocolate and serve with short straws.
