Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 large clove garlic, (minced)
  • 1 cup raw white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Instruction

  • Melt butter in a 12″ frying pan over medium high heat.
  • Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  • Add rice and stir until just lightly golden, be careful not to overcook.
  • Add chicken broth bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 16 to 20 minutes, until tender.
