Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • ½ pound bacon, (cooked and crumbled)
  • ¾ cup swiss or Greyere cheese, (shredded)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1½ - 2 cups heavy cream
  • salt & pepper, (to taste)
  • 1 (9-inch) deep dish frozen pie crust

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Press bacon and cheese into bottom of the pie crust. Beat the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until blended. Pour over bacon in the pie crust.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until quiche has puffed and browned.
