The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- TACO MEAT
- 1 1/2 pound(s) hamburger, browned
- 2 package(s) taco seasoning mix
- SALAD MIX
- 1 large salad greens
- 1 can(s) black olives, sliced and chilled (6.5 oz)
- 1 package(s) cherry tomatoes
- 1 large English cucumber, sliced
- 1 bag(s) tortilla chips, corn, white, yellow, or blue
- 1 package(s) Mexican blend, shredded (8 oz)
- DRESSING
- 1 bottle(s) French dressing (Catalina sub)
- 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
- 1/2 cup(s) pico de gallo (or 1/2 jar picante)
- 1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
Instruction
- Brown meat and add taco seasoning; drain. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Salad: In a salad bowl, mix all salad ingredients except chips and cheese.
- Dressing: Mix all ingredients with a whisk until well blended. Set aside.
- Plate set up in this order: Place a bed of chips on a plate, salad mix, meat mix, and dressing.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and enjoy.
