Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • TACO MEAT
  • 1 1/2 pound(s) hamburger, browned
  • 2 package(s) taco seasoning mix
  • SALAD MIX
  • 1 large salad greens
  • 1 can(s) black olives, sliced and chilled (6.5 oz)
  • 1 package(s) cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 bag(s) tortilla chips, corn, white, yellow, or blue
  • 1 package(s) Mexican blend, shredded (8 oz)
  • DRESSING
  • 1 bottle(s) French dressing (Catalina sub)
  • 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup(s) pico de gallo (or 1/2 jar picante)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic

Instruction

  • Brown meat and add taco seasoning; drain. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  • Salad: In a salad bowl, mix all salad ingredients except chips and cheese.
  • Dressing: Mix all ingredients with a whisk until well blended. Set aside.
  • Plate set up in this order: Place a bed of chips on a plate, salad mix, meat mix, and dressing.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and enjoy.
