The following ingredients have 4 Servings

  • 2 tablespoons ghee (use oil for vegan version)
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 1 whole bay leaf
  • 2-3 whole green cardamoms
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 3-4 whole black peppercorns
  • 1 inch piece of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chilies (or to taste)
  • 2-3 drops lime juice
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (fresh coriander leaves)
