- 2 1/2 cups (590 ml) heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups (350 ml) whole milk
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) mild honey
- 1/4 cup (15 g) loose leaf jasmine green tea
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup (30 g) raw cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) extra-virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 cup (22 g) cocoa powder (dutch or regular)
- 1/4 cup (45 g) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips (I used Guittard's 63% extra dark chips)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste (optional)
