Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 3 Leaves basil; chop
  • 2/3 c Black olives; chop
  • 1 cl Garlic; mince
  • 2 sm Red chili pepper; chop
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 3 tb Parsley; mince
  • Penne pasta; cook; drain
  • 12 oz Marinara sauce
  • 2 tb Capers; drain
  • 1 cn Anchovies; (2 ounces) drain

Instruction

  • In olive oil saute anchovies until dissolved; add garlic, chili pepper and olives. Saute a few minutes. Add basil, parsley and marinara. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over penne. Source: Live with Regis and Kathie Lee.
