Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 3 Leaves basil; chop
- 2/3 c Black olives; chop
- 1 cl Garlic; mince
- 2 sm Red chili pepper; chop
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 3 tb Parsley; mince
- Penne pasta; cook; drain
- 12 oz Marinara sauce
- 2 tb Capers; drain
- 1 cn Anchovies; (2 ounces) drain
Instruction
- In olive oil saute anchovies until dissolved; add garlic, chili pepper and olives. Saute a few minutes. Add basil, parsley and marinara. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over penne. Source: Live with Regis and Kathie Lee.
