- 1 cup (25g) roughly chopped parsley
- 4 green onions (scallions)
- 4 tablespoons chopped onion
- 6 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice (or even more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- salt (to taste)
