Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 8- ounce packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Mexican cheese blend
  • 10 jalapenos (deseeded and diced)
  • 1/2 pound fried bacon (diced)
  • 1/2 cup grated Mexican cheese blend

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise until creamy. Add in cheddar and Mexican cheese blend cheeses, jalapenos, and bacon crumbles. Combine well.
  • Pour into a casserole dish and bake 15 minutes.
  • Add remaining cup of Mexican cheese on top of dip and return to oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
  • Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips or a spoon!
