Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 8- ounce packages cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Mexican cheese blend
- 10 jalapenos (deseeded and diced)
- 1/2 pound fried bacon (diced)
- 1/2 cup grated Mexican cheese blend
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise until creamy. Add in cheddar and Mexican cheese blend cheeses, jalapenos, and bacon crumbles. Combine well.
- Pour into a casserole dish and bake 15 minutes.
- Add remaining cup of Mexican cheese on top of dip and return to oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
- Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips or a spoon!
