Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 3 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons course Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup chopped Mezzetta Tamed Deli Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
  • slices Pepper jack cheese
  • For the Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Mix the sea salt, ground pepper, chopped jalapeno peppers and water with the ground beef, and form into large patties.
  • Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature is at least 160 degrees.
  • Top with slices of pepper jack cheese and more jalapeno slices, if desired
  • For the Cilantro Lime Sauce
  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice and milk
  • Stir in cilantro and season with salt and pepper
