Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken, (shredded, skin removed)
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
- ⅛ teaspoon cumin
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 heads Romain Lettuce, (chopped)
- 1 Roma Tomato, (chopped)
- 1 small red onion, (chopped)
- 3 strips bacon, (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 avocado, (cut into strips)
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, (chopped)
- 1 can (15.25 ounces) corn
- 1 cup Jalapeno Ranch Dressing (link to recipe in notes)
- 1 cup Crispy Fried Jalapenos (link to recipe in notes)
Instruction
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, chili powder, lime juice, cumin, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a separate large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, avocado, cilantro, corn and 1/2 jalapeno ranch dressing. Add in chicken. Toss to coat. (Add more dressing to taste.)
- Top with crispy fried jalapenos.
- Serve Immediately.
