Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 500 gms jackfruit
  • 100 gms coriander
  • 50 gms cumin seeds
  • 50 gms fenugreek
  • 50 gms fennel
  • 50 gms onion seeds
  • 50 gms red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp asafoetida
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 piece ratan joth
  • 500 gms mustered oil
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp sodium benzoyl
  • 2 tsp acidic acid
  • 50 gms mango powder
  • Salt

Instruction

  • Jackfruit should be raw and tender. Cut into pieces par boiled. Spread make sure it should be dry.
  • Whole spice roasted and grind except onion seeds.
  • Now add all ingredients with jackfruit with oil salt and preservatives.
  • Preserve in a glass vessel and tight the lid for 72 hours.
  • Start eating after a week
