Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 pounds Italian sausage
- 5 cups beef stock
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes, with juice ((14.5 ounce can))
- 3 ounces tomato paste
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1 bag frozen Italian vegetable blend ((16 ounces))
Instruction
- In a large saucepan, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat. Drain off the fat.
- Add the stock, onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, spices, and frozen vegetables. Over medium heat, bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, cover the soup, turn the burner to low and allow the soup to simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the veggies are tender.
- Serve immediately.
