The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- your prepared sweet potato chips
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 Tbs dried basil
- 1 Tbs dried oregano
- 1 Tsp granulated garlic
- tiny pinch of dried thyme & rosemary
- 1 Tsp sea salt
Instruction
- Peel & slice 3 smaller sweet potatoes as thin as you possibility can. A mandolin or Pandero Spiralizer {Using The Slicing Attachment} works really well for this.
- If you have the time, soak them in room-temp water for an hour, then dry well. This step ups the crunchiness factor.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees f
- Combine & coat well.
- Spread potatoes onto a flat sheet pan, in a single layer.
- They will not crisp if they are piled up.
- Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for about 12 minutes per side (flipping once).
