Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 lb shaped pasta, (cooked according to package instructions)
- 2 bell peppers (any color will work)
- 1/3 cup sliced black olives
- 6 oz salami, chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, (halved)
- 8 oz mozzarella petals
- 1/2 cup chopped banana peppers
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instruction
- For dressing, whisk all ingredients together and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add pasta and all veggies, meat and cheese. Pour dressing over the top and stir gently to evenly mix all ingredients.
- Cover and store in the fridge about 30 minutes before serving.
