Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 loaf baguette or italian bread
  • olive oil, kosher salt, pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayo or light mayo
  • 1/4 cup italian or fat free italian dressing
  • 1 cup iceburg lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup deli ham (chopped)
  • 1 cup pepperoni or turkey pepperoni (chopped)
  • 1 cup salami (chopped)
  • 1 cup provolone cheese (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup tomato (chopped)
  • pepperoncinis or banana peppers

Instruction

  • Cut the bread into 1 inch slices. Place on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the mayo and Italian dressing together and set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine lettuce, ham, pepperoni, salami, cheese, and tomato. Add a few spoonfuls of the dressing until the mixture is perfectly dressed.
  • Top the mixture onto the toasted bread if serving right away, or on the side for everyone to top their own if serving at a later time.
