Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 head chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 3/4 cup chopped salami
  • 3/4 cup chopped ham
  • 3/4 cup chopped provolone cheese slices
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoncinis
  • 2 chopped roma tomatoes
  • 2 cups cubed ciabatta or Italian bread
  • 3/4 cup fat free Italian dressing

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients (except the dressing) in a very large bowl and toss until evenly mixed.
  • Divide into smaller plates or bowls (or containers if meal prepping). Serve with the fat free Italian dressing.
