  • 2 Tbsp AP flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 3/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp parsley, (chopped)
