Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 cloves garlic (finely minced or crushed)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 24 slider buns (split)
- 16 ounces provolone cheese (sliced)
- 8 ounces Margherita® Genoa Salami (sliced)
- 8 ounces Margherita® Thick Sliced Pepperoni (sliced)
- 8 ounces black forest ham (sliced)
- 2 small tomatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 purple onion (peeled, thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup pepperocini pepper rings
Instruction
- First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small jar, combine olive oil, vinegar, water, mayonnaise, garlic, herbs, sugar, salt and pepper. Seal with a lid and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
- Next, place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Lightly brush the inside of the bun with the prepared vinaigrette.
- Layer slices of provolone cheese on top of the buns. Top with an even layer of salami, ham, another layer of provolone, and then the pepperoni.
- Then place sliced tomatoes, onions, and peppers on top. Drizzle several spoonfuls of the vinaigrette over everything.
- Place the top slider buns, then brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
