Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 lb russet potatoes (2-3 medium sized potatoes)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Oil spray a sheet pan or baking pan 8" x 11".
  • Cut the Italian sausage into two inch long pieces and add to the pan.
  • Peel and cut the potatoes into one inch cubes and add to the pan.
  • Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the potatoes and sausage and stir with a large spoon.
  • Bake in 375F oven for 40-45 min or until potatoes are soft and sausage is no longer pink when cut in half.
