Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 6 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/2 cup onion (diced)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 6 potatoes (peeled and quartered)
  • 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instruction

  • Arrange pork chops in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Top with onion, mushrooms, and quartered potatoes.
  • Pour tomato sauce evenly over casserole.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
  • Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese, and return to oven for an additional 15 minutes, or until internal temperature of pork chops reaches 145 degrees F.
  • Allow casserole to rest 5 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
