Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 6 bone-in pork chops
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 6 potatoes (peeled and quartered)
- 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instruction
- Arrange pork chops in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Top with onion, mushrooms, and quartered potatoes.
- Pour tomato sauce evenly over casserole.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese, and return to oven for an additional 15 minutes, or until internal temperature of pork chops reaches 145 degrees F.
- Allow casserole to rest 5 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
