Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 large slices rustic bread
  • ½ Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasonings
  • ¼ tsp coarse salt
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 10 slices salami
  • 2-3 Tbsp pizza sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese

Instruction

  • Begin by buttering the tops of all 4 pieces of bread. Sprinkle Italian seasonings and coarse salt on top of buttered bread.
  • Flip over 2 pieces of bread and top with mozzarella cheese. Add salami, pizza sauce and Provolone cheese. Top with remaining slice of bread.
  • Toast sandwiches in a large skillet over medium-low heat for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway.
