Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing

Instruction

  • Place the chicken breast in a large bowl or a large gallon size zip lock bag.
  • Add in the soy sauce and salad dressing. Stir to combine or if you use a zip lock bag, seal it tightly and shake to combine the ingredients and coat the chicken.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes but 3-4 hours is ideal.
  • Preheat the grill to medium high heat and spray the grill grates with a non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place the chicken on the grill and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it set for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
  • Serve and enjoy!
