Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice ( frozen into ice cubes)
  • 2 ounce dark rum
  • 4 ounces Mojito Cocktail Mix
  • 4 ounces orange juice
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • Stirrings Lemon Drop Martini Rimmer (optional)
  • orange and lime slices for garnish (optional)

Instruction

  • A few hours before serving, freeze 6 ounces of pineapple juice in ice cube tray. Remove from tray right before blending the cocktail.
  • Prepare the glasses. Swipe an orange slice around the top rim of two cocktail glasses. Dip each glass into the rimmer to coat the rims of each glass with lemon flavored sugar. Set aside.
  • Place into a blender the frozen pineapple cubes, rum, Stirrings Simple Mojito Cocktail Mix, orange juice and sugar. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour immediately into the prepared glasses, garnish and serve,
