Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 6 ounces (177 milliliters) freshly brewed strong coffee
  • 1.5-2 ounces (44-60 milliliters) Irish Whiskey
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) lightly whipped cream

Instruction

  • Place the brown sugar in a glass or mug. Pour in the coffee and stir until well combined and the sugar has completely dissolved. Add whiskey to taste.
  • Gently pour the cream over the back of a spoon held just above the coffee to form a layer on top. Serve immediately.
