Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 celery ribs (diced)
  • 1/2 large onion (pureed)
  • 2 lbs (1 kg) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1- 15 oz (480 mL) can diced tomatoes, with juices
  • 12 oz (375 g) bag diced or sliced carrots, frozen
  • 4 oz. (125 mL) frozen boxed spinach, partially thawed
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
  • 32 oz. (1 L) chicken broth
  • 1 Grill Mates Tomato Garlic & Basil Packet 1.06 oz.

Instruction

  • Dice celery. Puree or dice onion. Set aside.
  • Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks.
