Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 32 oz fresh turnip greens (trimmed)
  • ½ pound bacon (cut into pieces)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt (to taste)

Instruction

  • Set the electric pressure cooker to saute until hot. Add the bacon and cook until browned.
  • Add the chicken broth to the electric pressure cooker and use a wooden spoon to deglaze the bottom, scraping to remove any stuck on pieces.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the pressure cooker. Cover and set the valve to sealing.
  • Cook on manual or pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  • Quick release the steam or allow to naturally release.
  • Serve with pepper sauce or as they are.
