Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 2 cups Steel-Cut Oats (NOT Rolled or Quick Oats)
  • 5-6 cups Non-Dairy Milk or Water*
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instruction

  • Add the Oats, liquid, and Salt to the Instant Pot and stir well. Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on Manual High pressure 4 minutes.
  • Once 4 minutes have passed, immediately press “Stop/Cancel” turn off the Instant Pot (do not let it go to Keep Warm), and let the pressure naturally release for 20 minutes.
  • Turn the pressure valve to Venting, release the lid, and stir the Oats well to evenly distribute the liquid; there may be a little more resting on top of the Oats. Serve as desired; leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to one week, and can be reheated!
