  • 28 ounces low sodium fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups low sodium vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 bunch swiss chard (tough stems removed and chopped into ribbons)
