Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 medium Yellow Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 28 oz Plum Tomatoes
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 6 oz Water
- 2 Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1 Tsp Dried Basil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
Instruction
- Add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the pot. Press the saute button and warm up the Olive Oil.
- Add the diced onions and cook for 7-10 minutes until tender. If you are going to add meat, add to the pot with the onions and cook until browned.
- Press the cancel button to stop the cooking process. Add all the remaining ingredients to the pot. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Seal the lid. Press manual (high pressure) for 4 minutes. Once done, do a quick pressure release. Remove the lid.
- The pasta sauce will thicken slightly as it cools down. Store in the fridge or seal in mason jars.
