Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 28 oz Plum Tomatoes
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste
  • 6 oz Water
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano

Instruction

  • Add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the pot. Press the saute button and warm up the Olive Oil.
  • Add the diced onions and cook for 7-10 minutes until tender. If you are going to add meat, add to the pot with the onions and cook until browned.
  • Press the cancel button to stop the cooking process. Add all the remaining ingredients to the pot. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Seal the lid. Press manual (high pressure) for 4 minutes. Once done, do a quick pressure release. Remove the lid.
  • The pasta sauce will thicken slightly as it cools down. Store in the fridge or seal in mason jars.
