Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3 tsp brown sugar
- ground black pepper and salt (to taste)
- 1 cup water (if needed)
- 4 hamburger buns
Instruction
- Turn the Instant Pot to saute mode. Brown the ground beef, onion, and green pepper; drain off excess liquids if more than 1/4 cup.
- Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar and water; mix thoroughly. Pressure cook on manual medium heat for 5 minutes. Quick release pressure. Reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve on toasted buns with coleslaw and tator-tots.
