Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • ground black pepper and salt (to taste)
  • 1 cup water (if needed)
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instruction

  • Turn the Instant Pot to saute mode. Brown the ground beef, onion, and green pepper; drain off excess liquids if more than 1/4 cup.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar and water; mix thoroughly. Pressure cook on manual medium heat for 5 minutes. Quick release pressure. Reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Serve on toasted buns with coleslaw and tator-tots.
