Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups rice
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instruction
- Rinse the rice in water and drain.
- Add water, rice, ginger, toasted sesame oil and salt into Instant Pot.
- Lock on lid, set valve to sealing. Select High Pressure and timer for 3 minutes.
- When timer goes off, let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. Then, turn the venting valve to venting.
- When pressure has released and floating valve has dropped, remove the lid and fluff the rice.
